I have this short medication recording that I have been playing to my clients. Marsha Linehan talks about how we often feel that everything is wrong in our life. “Problem is here, problem is there” and you just don’t know where to start.
We often feel like that when we struggle with depression and anxiety. Nothing is working, nothing is changing and we feel we are the only one suffering. Everyone else is happy and doing sooo well.
So where do you go from there?
Step by step. One foot in front of the other.
