Another book by Mark Manson: “Everything Is F*cked: A Book About Hope” and another easy read. I guess, I look at it through my professional knowledge and experience, which means that I see tools that can be found in common therapeutic approaches- CBT & ACT. And again the base line tool would be mindfulness. Don’t have hope, accept what is -I guess that could be the conclusion of the book.
Fresh approach and his use of common sense is what I like about Mark’s writing.
