When you struggle at work, you just want it to end. You can’t seem to find a way out and often you get to the point of “breaking”. That’s when you visit your doctor and when you might get a recommendation to see a psychologist.

So how can a psychologist help with workplace injury?
The most common issue I work with is (unfortunately) bullying and harassment. We want to think and believe that if an organisation is clear about their values of equality and fairness, that it will be applied in practice. And so many times it doesn’t happen. So if you struggle at work, if you feel there is too much pressure and no light at the end the tunnel, speak to your doctor. Things do get better.
